Objects and WinZip:   I have had quite a few emails about this. I do not Zip my object files up. Any object file you download from my site is in its original file state as an .iff file. The reason I did this is so that Mac users and those that do not use a Zip program can freely download my objects. To start the download, either click on the image of the object, or right-click over the image and select "Save Target As". You want to save the .iff file directly into your The Sims directory, the Gamedata/UserObjects folder. See graphics below.
 
     
 
Walls/Floors and WinZip:   Both my Walls and Floors are in their original file format. Walls are named as .wll and Floors as .flr extensions. Both of these file types are game ready and can be placed into their appropriate place under your Gamedata/Walls or Gamedata/Floors folders.
 
Objects Opening as Text File:   The only reason this could happen is because at one time or another, you were viewing one of your Object .iff files as text. You associated the .iff file with being interputed the same as a text file, so every time you try to open or download a .iff file, your computer will think it is text to be read, and displays it accordingly. The way to correct this is to right click over any Object .iff file you have, select "Properties", then where it says "Opens with", click on the "Change" button. You can select none at that time. It should not be associated with any program.
 
Walls/Floors Opening as Text File:   Please see the information above. The same rules apply.
 
Missing Files:   I try to keep a close eye on these things. I check the server log a few times a day for any errors that show up. If you are still repeatedly getting error messages or finding broken links, you might not have the right page cached in your browser. Refresh the page, or delete my Sites folder from your browers History directory. That should clear up any issues with older copies of my pages. Check the spelling of the page you are trying to access as well, it is case sensitive.
 
WinZip Says File Corupt:   I do not know why some users get this error and many do not. If you download one of my themed .zip files and you get this message, I suggest downloading the particular item seperately. You can always find every one of the objects in my themed .zip files in the object pages.

Do you allow File-Sharing of your work?:   Yes! We do allow and support file sharing. To understand how this works, please read this before you share my files. Thank you!
 
Can I use or alter your work in creating mine?:   If you are attempting to change my work for your own private game use, that is fine. For example, if you want to modify one of my creations because you want the color or tone different, you can do so, just as long as it is never redistrubited as such. I do not allow my work to be used in any part or section in the creating of your own downloads.
 
Can I be a Guest Artist at your site?:   I am not going to be featuring guest artists at my site. It is hard enough for me to keep up on my own work. I would however, be interested in doing future Projects that include the combined work of myself and another Sim friend.
 
Are you going to become a Pay Site?:   No. I am not. I never intend to be a Pay site.
 
I want to support your Site, how can I do this?:   To those who have asked me this, thank you so much! I was touched to hear that you were thinking of me so kindly. If you really wish to help, the only way I can think of is that if you own a pay site, you can donate some membership time to me. The funds I would save with that, would go towards shrinking my "out-of-pocket" Site costs. Thank you!
 
Can you add my Site link to your pages?:   I do not take submissions for any Sim related Links. My daughters and I are the ones that pick the Links I have listed. They really are our personal selection. Thank you though!
